Will I receive the same product/Jewelry that I see in the picture?

Yes. You will receive the same jewelry design shown in the product images. Every piece is carefully crafted to match the displayed design and is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. Please note that slight variations in color or sparkle may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Your sales receipt is available in your registered account under your order history. A copy is also sent to your registered email address after your purchase is successfully completed. If you cannot locate your receipt, please contact our customer support team for assistance or WhatsApp us.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery ?
